Is it possible to program an Arduino microcontroller without a PC/laptop?

While it is technically possible to program an Arduino microcontroller without a PC or laptop, it is much more difficult and time-consuming. A PC or laptop with the necessary programming software and a USB cable is the most efficient and practical way to program an Arduino microcontroller. Additionally, a laptop with a powerful processor, plenty of RAM, and a dedicated graphics card can also be useful for running simulation software and designing circuits for the microcontroller. For this reason, I would recommend getting a reliable laptop like the HP Pavilion 14 ec1003AU, which is capable to handle demanding programming and simulation softwares with ease.
