Faulty product received & dell support also worst touch pad issue

I have raised the issue within 10 days of touched pad erratic movement & after 3 month issue still not resolved. whenever i contact to support they only come with no solution.

Heating problem

The laptop has all the features as mentioned. However one problem faced was, it did not come with all preloaded features and programs. It is also getting heated very soon.

Buggy laptop..trackpad is useless.

Trackpad is not usable..needs restart frequently or just use external mouse
