Laptop is causing Issue with Audio, after upadting to windows 11 audio drivers are not working and then I need to restart the laptop or update the drivers. Returning this laptop as it took my whole week to just fix this issue. If we have to do this everyday then we shouldn’t take this product at all

Everything is good except my unit had noticeable IPS glow so replaced with another one, but that too had the same issue…Modern display IPS panels have this common issue…My 4year old acer gaming laptop did not have this problem…But apart from that I am good with this laptop..Premium look and feel…Built quality is good too…Only the bottom cover and keys are plastic…Rest are aluminium…

The wifi has a big issues in the laptop it frequently get disconnected and you should always there in the wifi room if you move out the signal drop frequently. So HP should improve its wifi connectivity. Rest the laptop is overall good.

After just use of 4 days of this laptop, the AMD high definition audio drivers suddenly stopped working and there was no sound output not even from any earphones or headset. So I contacted hp support, they did all the troubleshooting and the sound came back but now there is Realtek(HD) drivers and not AMD and they are saying AMD driver is not supported in my PC. Then how they were working earlier!And even after downloading Realtek drivers the sound does cone back but for some 24 or more hours only, after that same issue is happening again and again, so evertime I have to download the drivers when it happens and it’s just 10 days since I bought this laptop, how can I keep doing it for the next few years!!Plus I also found wifi issue in this laptop, it sometimes suddenly stop showing me all the wifi networks in range even when wifi is on, and then there is no internet. So I have to go everytime to wifi settings and do troubleshooting and then the issue gets resolved. This has happened 4 to 5 times now just aftter 10 days of using, can’t imagine how much more it will happen in next few years!!!Even if hpsupport was good, this should not happen with a brand new laptop and Amazon return window is closed within 7 days only but I thought it’s a small issue and won’t happen again so didn’t apply for return but can’t even replace it now.Really a dissapointment from HP!!But other things are really good about this laptop- the screen, keyboard, touchpad, looks and many other things but this driver issue just brings it all down.So better dont consider buying it.

ive purchased this laptop offline for the same price, and u get just one opt. which is asus but it has more weight (1.6) and also the brand value matters. I think for this price (60k) it’s just a steal deal ,just buy it offline so u don’t get scammed.i dont know how hp managed to achieve this type price.

The product was good but i had a lot of issues. I ordered my 1st laptop and it had no power issue. Then i ordered same laptop again but it had warranty issue. I had a very bad experience. I do not recommend it to buy online.

I am writing this review after 3 months of usage. Initially I was sceptic about AMD ryzen based laptops. But after extensive study, I preferred this. I am not disappointed.Pros: the laptop is pretty fast booting. On boot itself, I was asked to upgrade to Win 11, which I did. Also activated MS Office inbuilt. The antiglare screen is good. Pretty light and highly comfortable in handling. Rich look. 8gb ram with 512ssd makes the laptop a perfect one for almost all the purposes.Battery comes for about 7 hours. No abnormal heating.Con: only 2 USB ports. No card reader.Overall, a good laptop.

This laptop has some serious software issues. Now I understand that only specifications doesn’t matter. Please don’t buy HP. I have seen many users complaining about HP. If your pocket allow, buy some other laptop.Issues —-The wifi and audio drivers doesn’t work frequently.The whole software is not optimized.I raise complaint to HP but then the I didn’t received any support.HP is now pathetic.

This laptop should stop its distribution. Laptop have major issue of audio which they are not able to resolve and still selling to fool people.Audio driver stops working when you put your pc in sleep mode and open again.It says no audio output found. Issue will be observed from very first day.Steps to reporoduce:Enable sleep after your laptop useOpen laptop after 2-3 hoursYou will find no audio coming up.Worst product and wondering how there testers approved this. This is a basic issue with very high priority and blocker for the user.HP didn’t expect this from you.

I got this laptop a month ago and suddenly the audio drivers stopped working. The WiFi gets disconnected frequently even when the laptop is kept near the modem. I had a very bad experience after purchasing this laptop. Despite having a Ryzen 5 5000 series, 16 GB of RAM, and inbuilt AMD Radeon graphics, the performance of the laptop is very bad. At times, the laptop gets very slow.

Overall the features were good but the problem is with ms office. Amazon described in the product’s specification that it comes with Ms office home and office version. But it’s not activating and saying something went wrong, after few attempts it shows us to buy ms office. Disappointed with m amazon.

Looks good , performance is good for normal tasks and casual gaming. You can play title games but on low settings (playable fps). Perfect for school/college students and office work. Battery is good, if you set it in efficiency mode it lasts upto 6 to 7 hours with 60% brightness. Always plug in the charger when you play games else your laptop battery will will only lasts upto 45 mins. Coding in this laptop is absolutely fine. Best under 55k!!!

It has 2 major defects which I found on day 1 itself & my friend who suggested me this lap also faced these. So this model is defective. And worse there is no return they only replace with same model. U will be stuck with it.defects are1. Wifi signal is pretty weak. This is in such a level that it can’t get any worse…2. When u leave lap in sleep mode and return back a while later, sometimes ur speakers won’t work. U hav to restart lap then.Pls don’t buy. If u do u can’t get it changed.

This laptop has a good design and a great build quality, performance wise its great. However it had an issue of sound drivers getting uninstalled automatically which led to getting no sound output from speakers, wifi connectivity is also poor.

Started Well , Wifi Driver was not connecting properly intially . Had to Troubleshoot Drivers n times to work for 5 mins and wifi will automatically get disconnected without any reason . I contacted the HP care For fixing this issue . There were very patient in helping Me Thanks to Them . But it didn’t solve the problem though . I searched for fixing the issue on YouTube . I found a video . It worked . I updated The system afterwards Still Has some problems . Other than this The Laptop Is 🔥🔥🔥 . My experience Here .Thank You Think Twice

Do not buy ….this is second time I m buying electronic from Amazon…pathetic experience…..whenever laptop in sleep mode the sound driver gone missing….no solution was provided by the hp customer support, they will just ask you to give the laptop on remote and will do some useless thing through online but without any solution. Apart from that be aware that service center are also not present in most of the cities, it is only present in few metro cities. Pathetic experience from hp and amazon.

Overall Worth for the money, product looks good. When i was buying the product it was mentioned fingerprint scanner present in laptop. After getting the product only i came to know that finger print is available for the 16 GB varrirent not with the 8 GB one.

This isn’t a gaming PC since I didn’t intend to play games on this. I don’t know what’s happening to rest but i got no sound issues or any issues so far. Been a good month. Superfast to.boot and very zippy too. Got a windows 11 update once i started it so I didnt see the windows 10 interface. The sound is premium and the screen quality is good. Backlit keyboard is a necessity these days. BTW this 6 core ryzen is very suited for multiprocessing and you can always extend the ram to 16GB. Over all a very good buy. If you aren’t into hardcore gaming / deep GPU learning / video production, this baby will work great.

I received this product today. The only issue i have faced is its wifi keeps disconnecting after every 15 seconds and doesn’t reconnect again. We need to restart the laptop again to connect internet. I believe this is the biggest issue. Without internet Laptop is just a dabba. I called HP Support but they could not solve this even after resetting windows and updating driver.I strongly advise not to buy this because i have 3 HP Laptops and all three laptops have same wifi problem.

Been using this for more than a month now. There are some pros and cons, but for me personally this laptop is great amongst the options currently available. Realme and Redmi laptops provide better value overall, but I don’t trust the chinese brands much in terms of security.Word of Caution – Don’t buy pavilion 14 ec0000AX or any model with nvidia mx450 graphics. Before purchasing this laptop I bought that one and suffered in agony. The bios update on that laptop will bring your battery down to 2.5-3.5 hours. Out of the box that laptop was working well but as soon as u update to Bios F.07 version, the battery is getting drained without any load. I ordered two of those before buying this one. Hp needs to fix their bios for that model. This laptops’ bios is fine.Pros -1. Good Battery Life (around 6-8 hours)2. Stays cool to touch (yet to test it around summers).3. Can be power throttled by Ryzen Controller to use just 3 Watts of power.4. Keyboard is fantastic for typing.5. Screen is bright enough for indoors and good enough for general media consumption and coding (Only 67% srgb, but screen still looks beautiful). You might need to color calibrate it in the windows.6. Aluminium build on lid and keyboard deck.7. USB C charging support.8. Looks premium and modern.Cons1. Wifi is horrible. Out of the box wifi wasn’t working. After updating to the latest bios and windows version wifi is running okayish. It still disconnects abrupty sometimes.2. Battery is small, only 43WHr. If it was 56WHr it could easily stay on for 10 hours.3. Trackpad is okayish.4. Screen is not color accurate. Out of the box screen has warm colors overall ( I prefer slightly colder colors on screen, fixable in windows color calibration tool ).

The HP AMD ryzen series has a major bug. When you put your system on sleep it automatically lost its ability to produce sound thus giving an error that “No audio device is installed”, restarting fix this issue for the time being but in long run, this is a major bug. Instead of HP go for Dell AMD ryzen series. I have this issue. HP didn’t fix this for me they just said “wait for the update”. Now it has been a month HP still didn’t fix my problem. After a month there is even a major issue regarding sound that is, now there is a cracking sound coming from the speakers.

This laptop is pathetic . i have bought this laptop 2 months back and since then iam facing issue with it. speaker stops working in every 2-3 days and there is wifi issue with this laptop , wifi dosent work properly on this laptop. They asked me to reset my system and when issue didnt resolved then they asked me to downgraded 0S to windows 10 but still issue persists. Now the technical support team saying they cant do anything. Now they are not ready to solve the issue and not ready to refund the amount . This laptop has 7 days return policy but if you contact them they will not register your complaint till 7 days so that they dont have to replace the laptop. Its been 2 months iam suffering.

This laptop is having WiFi network issue.Laptop signal strength gets weaken by few meters from router. And you can not use laptop with such defect .My Laptop got replaced in day only but same issue occurred for new laptop also.

I have called HP support team multiple times but they are not able to fix brand new laptop.. issue is its WIFI network as it does not hold connection and as online work can’t DONE as DNS ERROR comes and then no connection .. my WiFi is working fine with my other Lenovo laptop and all mobile phones. Now I have raised replacement with Amazon, let’s see what happens as they are also taking 48 hrs to revert
