Hi….I bought this laptop on 23rd november and within a few weeks of purchase the black screen bezel(plastic border which hold lcd screen) came off…we are also having following issue since purchase:1)screen goes off and comes back2)whenever you open or close the laptop it makes noise..even after repair from dell3)during a zoom call the laptop is unable to detect microphone and the system hangs and closes…4)poor customer care from dell….they are not replacing the system even after multiple issues…i have to waste 5 to 6 hours everyday to fix the issues and talk to support teamNever buy this laptop or you will regret it like I did

Please don’t buy dell 15 Inspiron 3511It’s manufacturer difect.Mouse not work after 2 week.Courser automatically invisible.When laptop open suddenly corner side Fully damage.Dell laptop is very poor quality and it’s only for branding name.Dell technical support services is very bad they can’t response in right way.
