No backlit keyboard as mentioned in description

There is no No backlit keyboard (false info given in description). Poor performance, Low battery backup (battery drains automatically in sleep)Poor Amazon customer service experience. No accountability trying to get the issue sorted. They are only interested in giving run arounds.
