Just don’t trust battery performance. It’s awful and drains faster even when not in use. Going to return it. Never recommend this.

Its really a garbage. I purchase it 5 days ago hot sound problem then overheating and fast discharging issue. You should never go for this. Totally waste of money.

Bought this laptop a month ago and within 2 days encountered problems with BSOD, automatic audio mute and veryyyyy poor battery backup of maximum 2 hours. Not only me, other customers also face the same issue. Have been trying for a replacement or refund for 3 weeks and HP customercare is blaming all their faults on windows11 as if no other computer works perfect on windows os. Request everyone to not even spend time looking for this product. Read reviews on flipkart also if you are in doubt.Update: even HP Technicians saying that it cannot have a backup of more than 2hours in idle stage. Means you are not supposed to use it at all if you want a minimum backup. Don’t buy this product if you don’t wanna waste your money as I did

Sometimes wifi signals disappear and sometimes sound also speaker disappear so I have to restart laptop to get issue resolve.
