Product is good but delivery was to late and delivery guys taken my exchange laptop 27/7/2022 in hurry and don’t updated exchange details in amazon where can I complaint about it totally disappointed with delivery service

I don’t think that this laptop is meant for gaming but you can play small games like Candy Crush and asphalt, But definitely, I won’t recommend you Playing GTA V on this on.If you need laptop for general purpose say Office 365, video conferencing, YouTube and movie Stuff, student projects(yes you can use it for coding/programming it can run VSS and other things it will be sufficient but if you are not on a budget constraints, you can get 12th gen i5 in 2022 and as for Civil or mechanical students, you better go with a i5 laptop with a dedicated graphics card you cannot run cad/Ansys/Hypermesh So smoothly and cool on this one, Commerce and Medical students this will be a perfect fit for you guys though).

Did you notice little space on left side of the mouse pad to keep your left hand, you can keep your right hand comfortably on area right side of the mouse pad as it has enough space, but when your left hand tries to find space to rest comfortably while typing it has very little space and most part of your left palm will keep moving in and out of the laptop area which makes very uncomfortable to type, it has shap edges and your left hand going to feel the discomfort.Message to Dell:When you design a keyboard of any laptop first you have to place your both hands at comfortable position and then place the keyboard keys around the comfortable position of the fingers instead of trying to put too many keys (num pad) and making entire keyboard difficult to use. Make Sense??

Good one for basic use. No issues. Looks cool but fingerprints are really visible all over the laptop. Got it for about 39k. Would recommend.
