The model is good. However, there is a scratching sound from the laptop (not fan sound). Initially, i had ignored it but the frequency of the sound increased. Hence, i would like to replace the item.

The media could not be loaded.
Initially it was extremely slow, even windows 11 has lot of bugs to fix, out of 8 GB Ram only 5.62 GB is accessible. Unexpected slow. Plastic Body is okay as per price. OS backup support is nil.Slow for game and server operations. Only good for minors.

Not sure if the laptop was created to punish the buyers. How can this be slower than my ten year old i3 processor laptop?? Takes more than 10seconds to open a browser in brand new laptop.

System was too slow.I am a long term customer of Amazon.Disappointed with this product .So asked for a replacement which was not given .Today they have picked it up and the refund i guess would be done.

Its very slow Laptop it 20 min to boot n 20 min to open any application or folder. Its like Amazon n dell bhot cheated by selling wrong configuration.

The delivery box had some little bit damage but the product was in good condition.its a little bit small laptop but it’s ok.had an issue where my installed ram is 8GB but only 5.89 is usable hope to fix it some how.overall in first impression it’s a budget laptop for office,student purpose and when it comes to gaming i think it can give you a medium below medium experience.
