   Great 2-in-1 device for good value

   Overall a good device.Only complain would be the colour calibration of the display. Primary usage being media consumption, its a bit of an issue.Solid build, good speed, type c charger and average battery.Was going to buy Asus flip for 5k less, but happy with this purchase as this has a better overall value as a 2-in-1.

   I think this is the first review of this laptop!

   I was amazed at the screen quality of this laptop, the keyboard has a nice dell signature feel, and the touch screen is just a bonus. I have ordered a hp stylus will update when I use it on this. Those who are worried about the screen brightness of 250nits, this is at minimum brightness settings in direct ceiling light conditions. So i wouldn’t worry about brightness at max, its too much for indoor lighting. I think its srgb 100% so the blacks are really hard to distinguish from the black borders so its really accurate. Obviously you can go for it????

   Service tag not valid

   Dell has denied the service tag and refused to provide me service and its august offer on this laptop 7420 2 in 1. Now i m waiting for the resolution in terms of refund for this unit.

   worst laptop

   this laptop heats up even if you open a single chrome tab, besides i received dmgd backpanel, the backpanel opens up when you try to turn the display 360 degree i have received a damaged product, worst laptop, dont buy

    Overall a good laptop

    Ram is upgradable upto 32 gb other brands dont offer in this price range , 54 wh battery gives upto 8 to 9 hr backup build quality is ok screen is also fhdplus so a light taller display i got it at 51k for i3 12th gen i bought extra 8gb ram and a normal touch pen ,Pros:> decent performance for office use and browsing purposes> future proof of upgrading ram>speakers are really good> display touch response if good but picture quality is manageable>can support 8k display @60hzcons:> laptop gets really update if u do intense work , even while updating windows update it heats up> only 2 gb free ram avaialble when you bootup out of 8gb so be prepared to buy additional if u do intense work

    Good product

    I am enjoying using this laptop for more than a month now. Touch is great, full scale rotation is very good. Overall performance is impressive. Only not likable thing is it’s heating, do not why Dell did not notice it and fixed.But still a good product to buy at reasonable price.

    display is good but i feel touch is ok types, maybe bcz i was using lenovo thinkpad which costs 2L.

    dont pay above 40k for this product. Go for i5 without touchscreen for 50K.Body is plastic, brushed silver color makes us slightly feel like aluminium finish.Games above 8gb , you cannot play.it’s not slim as we expected.Good point is it has 256GB of SSD drive not HDD which makes this laptop faster.Got the product at 39k after exchanging old laptop at 7.3k and credit card disc. of 3.5k.Verdict : Buy if it costs you at 35k-36k. Above 40 is a BIG NO.

    The best laptop……..

    As you all can see I’m a BTS ARMY…This laptop is awesome guys….. I’ve many PC in my life but this one is different the video quality the touch screen is fabulous….. Don’t think just go for it….Anti virus for 2 years is also preloaded.

    Good Product but Poor Dell Service

    Got it a week back , the product is good but Dell customer service is so poor. They have not been able to register me for extended warranty under Back2College even after 9 days !! I made some 10 calls to the service centre and they are unable to provide a resolution,saying that they want a invoice copy with the Service Tag mentioned on it. The service tag is on the box not on Amazon invoice & the entire dell call centre is clue less about it. They are asking me to coordinate with Amazon , even repeated escalation is of no use.

    Completely bad experience from Amazon and Seller Appario

    Working of laptop is excellent, Dell you done a great job.But, I faced problems given below in the laptop delivered at first and the replacement laptop also:misalignment of back paneldent on metal bodydiscoloration of body paintdisplay bleeding issueI believe the seller is using the platform to sell damaged product in offer price. Also i can’t believe that Amazon is allowing this kind of fraudulent activity. Dear Amazon, i am not satisfied with your final resolution also…

    It is 7th day after buying this laptop, and now it stopped working completely, and now there is motherboard issue .. and now i have to give my laptop for service to change motherboard .

    Best 2in1 in this price range

    This has MacBook level build quality, amazing ips screen ,smooth TouchPad, accurate touch response from screen. Only small downside is its reflective screen which is usually the case with IPS panels, sensors stopped working for a bit but issue was resolved via software update

    Best laptop for college students

    This is the best laptop for college students under 50k .Pros:1) Best display , touch response is very good.2) Nice video and sound quality.3) Better battery life4) Camera is excellentCons:1) This laptop heats very much2) Not a performance laptop average in performance3) In photo it was there that we will get pen(for drawing)but i haven’t received4) Slow charging

    WORST PRODUCT FROM DELL

    The media could not be loaded.

     This product was made to charge for hal am hour from 1030 to 1056 as you see in the picture, but battery remains zero. It is not happen even in mobile. Not worth it.
