   Got a faulty product

   The display used to flicker while gaming or doing gpu related tasks. Had no other choice but to return it.

   Absolute Beast!

   Just go for it guys. This would be the best deal around 72k. The gaming experience is great and the killer wifi 6 card is just awesome, the difference is clearly visible.

   Used laptop given with so many defective features

   The media could not be loaded.

    It is a used laptop asking for owner transfer when i tried to register for warranty.Laptop is in full brightness mode since opening. Brightness keys are not working at all. Even the control panel brightness option not working.Alienware command center not working. Saying no AlienFx device detected. Later after so many tries and witch crafting its working but lagging.Opening any video player or any app like youtube, the screen is going black for few seconds. Very annoying defect of this product.The fps resolution is not what is given. A very sloppy and slow experience.

   Looks wise awesome with great built quality, feels little heavy in first impression after 2-3 days you will be familiar with it, display quality is good and battery gives you 5-6 hours backup for normal use and browsing internet and basic day to day task with 45-50% brightness level which is sufficient, I have purchase it from dell store at 74.5k with bag and cleaning gel and keypad cover and also purchased 2 years extended warranty at 1499 as per dell offer is running in dell stores. They have done full setup of macafe and Microsoft in front of me and gave me ready to use laptop. Approx I spent 76k, amazon providing only laptop at 72k, but I think I made a great deal with dell store after bargain.

   Worst Experience. Battery stopped working in 4 months only.

   Worst experience ever. Laptop is slow. Software(OS) issue started in the first 3 months and now the battery has stopped working in only 4 months.

    1 check Warranty is Already Registered when you Received Invoice or product. 2 If Registered then it is used.3 Brand Never told it’s Old ,they Ask share Invoice4 All Brand same Answers for online purchases5 As per Review Not judged product, Bad Reviews will automatically Deleted By AI6 They told for Repair not Replace7 don’t Believe social media post and other is helpful is not8 they only act like help but can’t help9 last option go and compliant online first10 then you go for offline but imagine many cases are already Pending.Do Not go blind in The Name of Discount .
