Is the HP EliteBook 840 G5 a good laptop for coding purposes?

The short answer to that is yes, although the latest version available is the G6. The EliteBook has more than enough processing power for coding. It’s available either with Intel i5 or i7, 8th Generation processors. There are both 8 and 16 GB RAM variants, but the more the better for coding, so I would recommend going with 16 GB. All variants come with SSD, so you can choose the capacity depending upon your storage needs.

Moreover, as coding requires a lot of screen time, its 14″ screen is FHD, which makes it comfortable to work on for long hours. EliteBooks’ cost range is around INR 82K to 1.24L.
