Should laptops be used for gaming? Why or why not?

Regular laptops can be used to play simple games like strategy, chess, online arcade style games, etc. If you want to play heavier games like AAA titles, then regular laptops won’t are not recommended. They’ll either not run them at all and even if they do run, it will take a long time for them to load. In laptops with onboard graphics, the GPU is not powerful enough to run heavy games and as a result will overheat very quickly, which could damage its internal components. If you have a dedicated GPU, then you should be able to play graphics intensive games. Nowadays, you can buy a gaming laptop, which has been designed for the job.
For example, I have OMEN 16-b0360TX Gaming Laptop by HP that delivers amazing power to play all graphics-intensive games. It has a screen that delivers a 144 Hz refresh rate with 7 ms response time. It’s equipped with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (6 GB GDDR6 dedicated) graphics, which renders all graphics smoothly.
